Singer Tia Gordon has a solid position as one of the must-follow names of the UK scene (and a personal fav of mine, not gonna lie).

Aside from being talented, she's been super consistent with releasing, both solo & collaborative projects, and she's currently on the way to releasing her 2026 EP called i asked the stars for this. x.

"should i give it up?" is the 2nd single off it, and when I heard it, I could swear the production reminded me of someone I love. And I was right, it's thanks to no other but Brasstracks (remember them?).

The single carries bright horns, a driving drum groove, and warm, hopeful vocals, although Tia explores "life's complexities, societal and existential pressures we battle with internally and externally."

The upcoming i asked the stars for this. x EP was created between LA & London and will feature Pip Millet and Darryl Dodoo, alongside producers like TAVE, Fred Cox, and more.
