Last week, we were lucky enough to received the support of the biggest and definitely most dedicated post-rock Facebook page who shared our mixtape. I won't even go on how happy that support made me feel and I'm glad this website is slowly transforming to a place music lovers from different genres meet and discover new genres. So, that share unleashed unexpected little wave of interest and submissions of post-rock bands from all around the world. I think I've got material for #postrocksunday for the next month. This is really, really fucking cool!
One of the bands that firstly grabbed my intention is Tired Army. Hailing from the States, I reckon that they've been making music since recently as they've got only 2 tracks on their official bandcamp page. However that number has no real meaning because those songs are superb! The initial ambiance of"At Iron Mountain" is rather tranquil, but then the composition really picks up and when drums really kick in ...well, this is when shit gets real and intense!
