I was thinking about The Tallest Man On Earth the other day and his early stuff. His new releases are good, but they are missing the roughness and purity of his earlier works.

And then I receive Trevor Sensor's "The Reaper Man" in my inbox and this is exactly what I've been missing. Harsh vocals and a simple acoustic guitar is definitely one of the best musical combinations out there. This is a solid debut. I sense a lot of good things coming Sensor's way. For now, enjoy his music, it is as pure as it gets.
