This next feature feels like a random encounter with an old friend. A friend who has been away and now is back wise and more experienced. It was a really, really pleasant surprise to see in my inbox a submission from one of the first indie bands I ever featured on the website. I guess if you've been with us long enough you might remember the whimsical and upbeat sounds of Brisbane's Tundra.
It's really nice to see those young guys growing and improving music-wise and "Tangled" is part of that journey. The single will be part of their upcoming debut EP, which I reckon will be released later this year. I spend a few days listening to whatever I could online and as much I absolutely adored "Commotion", there's something about their new single which won me battle. I guess is the slight math rock/pop vibe, who knows. Enjoy!
