As the summer is pretty much taking over and the time where laying by a pool is... not a mirage, here's something to add to that scenery.

It's been a while I featured anything Tycho-related and while "Horizon" is not a new track, it surely feels this way. Released originally in band's 2016 album Epoch, this version of the track is definitely taking us into another direction. LA indie dance/electronica duo Poolside add such a great flare to the original, transforming it into a day disco ticket to feeling lighter than air. I just want to listen this somewhere sunny and listen to the interplay between water's sounds and the slow-motion groove of this remix. Pure zen.

When it comes to the end work, Scott (band's founding member) shares:

“I was looking for a counterpoint in production for the remix. Poolside gave it a much sunnier vibe.”

Definitely adding this to my summer set.
