From Wafia's soulful vocals to the sax embellishments near the end, there are so many aspects of "Wide Open" that make the track such a stellar listening experience.

What I really enjoy about Wafia's songwriting is the fact that she paints pictures with her words and effortlessly entices our imagination - ultimately she's not just telling us but also showing us what she's going through. Masego beautifully follows this up with probably the best verse I've heard from him by virtue of the dynamism in his vocal delivery, and how he compliments Wafia's soulful performance too. Instrumentally speaking, one would also find it hard to tell that is actually a Ta-Ku beat, and I quite like that he's gone a different route with "Wide Open".

Australian legend Ta-ku has teamed up with Japanese full-service vinyl crowdfunding and manufacturing platform Qrates to curate the first volume of their 'In Good Hands' compilation series. Limited to 300 copies, 'In Good Hands Vol. 1' features new music from Wafia x Masego x Ta-ku, Jarreau Vandal, Please Wait, Sango x Alayna, Kanna, Subeck, Kerri x Ache, Matt McWaters, Pastels, Full Crate, Mr. Hong, Dot, and Jael.
