NoKillShelter was born shortly after Eckhart put down his drumsticks and sprung forward into the world of production, under the mentorship of producers like Tommy Hubbard and Dru DeCaro. Eckhart quickly gained steam, working as an engineer or touring musician for groups like The Gypsy Kings, Derick Hough, Ayokay, and Palaye Royale. Itching to create his own introspective and mind-blowing sounds through the use of hand-collected samples and vintage synths, he then set out to make a path of his own. A creative and modern mix with a spiritual allure, his original compositions live like landscapes in a dream world, each with its own energy and focus.
