"Amtrac and Naeem?!?!?!?!" That's a question I was brooding over the moment I saw the guests on Amtrac's latest album Extra Time.
Amtrac is known for his spacey and colorful electronica sound, while Naeem made waves with Startisha - an LP decorated with brazen rap verses and soulful vocal performances. These two artists are worlds apart, and I love how they surprisingly complement their respective styles to bring "Hesitation" to life. Naeem's soothing voice melts over Amtrac's warm soundscape, and as the track progresses, the synths blossom to make the track really feel like a journey.
