Yesterday I was introduced to 2:54 and their moody, alternative & post-smth kind of music and it didn't take long before I was digging back in time to listen to as much as I could find. Led by the sister Collette and Hannah, the London four-piece radiate a vibe I haven't seen in a while, something I have to say I've missed in my music selection lately. The closest thing I can associate them with are probably Warpaint, but 2:54 do a lot more post-rock progressions, which is a +1 in my book!
The guys are preparing a new album called Orion and while we still wait for the SoundCloud & official YouTube links, I thought it would be great to share with you one of my favourite tracks off their first album called "You're Early". Cheers!
