Like everything in life, bands and musical projects have a life cycle of their own. They come about, make history, affect people lives and eventually call it quits. Some go on for quite some time, others don't. Sadly, mine and Anna's favourites Snakadaktal followed the same path.
The Triple J Unearthed High winners for 2011 announced the sad news via a Facebook message few hours ago (read under the video). If you are just coming across this name, the best advise I can give you is to dig into their music. It's pretty beautiful and awesome, just like this video below.
