Video: WE TRUST - Time (Better Not Stop)

There's something really magnificent about slow-motion videos. It is (for me) the only way to truly understand the course of action behind some seemingly simple events in our daily life. A back-flip, a splash of water, a smile. WE TRUST's "Time (Better Not Stop)" video makes those things we have all seen before become look majestic.

I am still not sure what to admire more. The music of young Portuguese director André Tentugal (the man behind WT) or the colourful slow-motion images captured by the camera of Swedish film-maker Rickard Bengtsson?

The track is so relaxingly beautiful, I don't even know where to begin. On the spot, steady bassline - check. Cool beats which make me shake like a worm - check. Pretty VAST-like guitars - throw it in the bag. Add amazing vocals and some quiet brass section and there you go - this track, regardless the fact its a few years old, had to be share. Don't forget the dude is also a director. Damn, one of those multi-talented people!
