Kinships formed in Northampton in 2019, and are made up of Tom Butler, Dave Crawford, Aoife Foley, and Adam Gammage. Their genre-shifting sound lives in-between spaces, and the music is a collision of diverse worlds — delicate vocals, pianos, and guitars, juxtaposed with drum machines samples and synthesisers. These elements meld together the organic and the electronic to create subtle and moving songs.
