With his unique blend of hip-hop, jazz, soul and bedroom pop, Leo Cosmos (also goes under the alias DULAHLI) is the brainchild of English Producer/Singer Anthony Phelan. Phelan studied Production at Leeds College Of Music where he became a member of jazz collective Tight Lines.
