On his upcoming EP with Stereofox, Linje 18, the Norway-based musician and producer offers a project with themes around Oslo's tram line 18. Metaphorically speaking, "Stensgata" is certainly among the most picturesque sites across the EP. The rhythm section is lavishly decorated with colorful percussion and fills that deliver pleasant surprises, keeping listeners on their toes from start to finish. The smooth brass embellishments can't escape mention, especially since they add warmth and elegance to an already richly detailed arrangement.
