A few days ago I kicked off the Chillhop Spring 2019 Essentials season with a track by Canadian producer invention_. As I mentioned, the compilation is overabundant with great beats and it's so hard to choose the ones to feature.

It's been a pretty hectic day, but I found a few minutes to space out to Blue Wednesday and Shopan's "Murmuration". Laid back jazzy piano wrapped around chilled beat - the perfect afternoon hang out soundtrack. Both producers are absolutely flawless behind the keys, so the fact that this track is brilliant comes off as a no surprise. Oh yeah, for those who don't know who Shopan is, well.. that's the one and only Rob Araujo.
