I can still recall the day when Sydney-based producer Cabu's "Gold" (ft. Akacia) ended up in my SoundCloud feed. Hard to forget the good mood this tune put me in back in March!

Today, we're tuning things down with a brand new remix thx to up-and-coming UK producer 4AM. Will was kind enough and we're teaming up for the release of his version of "Gold" and I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I do.

While I described the original as "the sound equivalent of waking up on the first day before your holiday starts and the world feels lighter than usual", 4AM's version (which has a really nice & light mellow vibe) feels like the tune you play at the end of an awesome summer when something beautiful comes to an end. I guess that's one of the best things about remixes - the ability to transform and add a totally new angle to a song.
