Nicolas Jaar's and Dave Harrington's Darkside, under the temporary name Daftside, have remixed Daft Punk's Random Access Memories. Yes, the entire freaking album. And just in time for any midsummer parties of yours too. My favorite track off the original album (besides the ever-so-catchy "Get Lucky") was the Julian Casablancas-featuring "Instant Crush", and was naturally the first track I listened to. Starting out somewhat ambient, the track soon progresses into some pretty awesome and funky dance music. Minor hints of reggae are infused into the last bits of the song, making this track perfect for any and all of your summer happenings.
