German producer and multi-instrumentalist DHANYA is certainly one of the exciting names in the local instrumental scene. Growing up in the family of a professional guitarist, he fell in love with the beauty of music from an early age, something that has played a pivotal role in the formation of his sound, which often blends jazz, hip-hop, and soul music with psychedelic rock elements.

After studying jazz professionally and honing his skills alongside artists like JuJu Rogers and Crada (who has produced for Kid Cudi), DHANYA ended up working with legendary musicians like Mick Jenkins, Kiefer, and Sampa the Great. Fast-forward to today, we're at the cusp of his debut solo EP and DHANYA's true emergence in the world. I feel utterly excited to be amongst the first to share the first single from the EP titled "To Be Found" featuring London talents, singers anaiis and Azekel.

The song offers a lyrical reflection on the strength of lasting love, serving as a graceful gateway into DHANYA’s immersive sonic universe. The 3 artists offer an intimate glimpse into a world that's gently melancholic and that will wrap you with a layer of retro futuristic warmth. Going back to that psychedelic influence in DHANYA's sound, the solo at 3:10 is a perfect example of how versatile the producer is.
