The debut single "Someday" of the Belgian multi-instrumentalist duo Float Fall has been around for quite sometime, but has just recently caught my attention.
The quality of their music can be easily compared to the xx and I think it's great news that there is someone else as good as the xx in the genre. Their voices complement each other perfectly and I feel like this song is so much more than a dream-pop tag. Rozanne Descheemaeker and Ruben Lefever surely did their homework.
Check out the insane guitar that kicks in at 2:10 and with all that still they manage to maintain the peacefulness and harmony of the song. I feel like this change of the soundscape helps them to be more distinguished from the xx. Gorgeous!
