They always say it's most quiet before a storm. That lullaby time when life is on a slow-motion and your body floats carelessly above everything.
In a way, French For Rabbit's "Woke Up To A Storm" begins in a similar way - eerie, but relaxing piano sounds which eventually morph into the perfect storm of melancholy and sadness.
And this is where you wake up to the realization that the careless floating has been a pure delusion and there's something really terrible coming your way. Something which aims to wipe out anythings which stands on its way and the only thing you could do is hold on tight and see what happens ahead.
