On his newest track "Little i", Funny Weather wears his heart on his sleeve, and we hear this echo across the vulnerable songwriting and his hearfelt vocal performance.

Funny Weather is the bass player, co-producer and a founding member of the band Little Dragon, and his self-titled project marks his official debut. One of the most raw cuts from this album is "Little i" - it hesitates to sit comfortably in one genre sonically, and this paired, with the it's instrumental minimalism pulls us closer to the lyrics we're presented. They're reflective and somewhat haunting, while the synths floating in the backdrop enhance the track's moody allure. Towards the end, "Little i" reaches a dramatic moment where the arrangement swells and everything seems to rise to the surface at once.
