DRKTMS's Christmas take on Jorja Smith was definitely fire and just passed the 10k play mark on SoundCloud, so I thought of sharing with you another gem of his pack.
Monday's blues cure tonight is a track I personally have repeated over and over again - GoldLink's "Rought Soul" featuring April George's silky vocals. Actually, the track has seen a fair share of remixes since it got released back in September 2016. It has the perfect soulful / funky base and GoldLink's vocals fit quite the range of sounds. This remix, however, is quite subtle. The Swiss producer puts highlight on track's original and super distinctive bassline which occurs throughout the whole edit. Time for some Monday's moves!
