I think it is the first time I'm featuring a song/genre I have literally no knowledge of... origin, culture, history. Nada. However, I do realize afrofunk is the kind of music which can make anybody move at least a little bit... in the right settings of course! So yeah, who knows - if this gets played enough it might be a direction we expand in the future!

The track is taken from Paris DJs Soundsystem's compilation Have You Ever Been To Electric Afroland and is recorded by truly international bunch of talented musicians - Muyiwa Kununji (Egypt/trumpet), Cedric Ricard (France/sax), Franck Biyong (Cameroon, singer/producer) and as the name implies - Grant Phabao.
