IAMNOBODI, one of my favorite names to emerge from the mid-2010s Soulection era has just released a gorgeous new beat tape Duality & Devotion.
Shoutout to Ivo for putting us on here by featuring one of the tracks on Stereofox's New Music Finds; however, the track that grabbed my attention was the elegant "Touch, Pt. 1". I loved the touch of organic elements that are sprinkled across the instrumental. The strings, the fierce guitar arrangements, and the glittery keys really made the experience feel nostalgic, as if the track was inspired by another time. A sexy sort of appeal is also present across the mix thanks to the presence of the dream vocal sample. I can't neglect to mention the beefy drums that balance the softness of the vocal textures and melodic arrangements.
