It took me a while to realize who these guys reminded me of, and then it dawned on me, the one the only, Fleet Foxes! So if you are a Fleet Foxes fan, you will certainly dig Ilustrada and their indie folk track "Make Me Make You Happy".
This track is so pure, and it makes an epic switch about half way through which I just applaud so much, it is unexpected and works so damn well!
This indie duo, made up of friends Andrew Landry and Matthew Huber, began when Andrew shared with Matthew some of the demos he had been working on, they then, together brought Ilustrada to life. They released their self-titled EP which was released July 28th. You can stream the EP below:
