More upcoming bands under the radar! Today, my pick are the lively Portland-based musicians Just Lions who blend together the typical indie rock/pop tunes with the jazzy sounds of trumpets, saxophones and dynamic piano lullabies.  Their song "Monsters" made my Monday dullness completely vanish away! I've always been fond of bands who break away from the standard indie tunes, so featuring them was a no brainer!

The trio is in the midst of recording 3 consecutive EPs, which will eventually be merged into one LP. You can download all songs from Monsters from their bandcamp page!
