Just imagine... A petite girl coated with a vengeful expression not even walking, but strutting down the road in the middle of the night clearly on a mission driven by emotion. That is literally what I see when I hear this.
'Sweet Boy' is full of attitude in it's instrumentation yet soaked in soul when it comes to vocal delivery. The theme explored in this track is essentially lust, that's part of the reason why the track has quite a sexy undertone. A factor that shouldn't escape mention is how the track sounds like an entirely different sound track by virtue of the transformation of the instrumentation. Just when I thought the track couldn't get more edgier, this happens! If you're into artists like Phantagram, you're bound to treasure this.
