Unfortunately, it has been a minute since I've had the opportunity to full explore a Chillhop Essentials compilation. You know, life gets busy, responsibilities, and the pressure of running the label sometimes takes a toll on you. That being said, their newest 2025 Summer Essentials is an absolute masterpiece full of gems, and I had to spotlight some of my favourite tracks on there, starting with leavv's "Soulmate".

Bringing together nearly 50 artists across 28 sun-kissed instrumentals, Essentials Summer 2025 is more than just a seasonal drop - it’s a celebration of community, creativity, and connection. Each track feels like a snapshot of summer: vibrant, soulful, and brimming with life. From lush beats to breezy grooves, this compilation radiates the kind of warmth that lingers long after the sun sets, and "Soulmate" is a prime example of that.

I've known the German beatmaker as someone who has always excelled at creating the most impeccable chill vibe, and as always, he delivered.
