I had the privilege of hearing this before its official release, and honestly, I couldn't wait for it to drop, so I can spin it on repeat. One of the catchiest pieces I've come across in a while.

UK singer Loie shares a new single called "Run For The Hills". She created it in a Brooklyn studio with producer HOOTS while on a solo trip, trying to "get some clarity on a complicated situationship" back home. Ironically, the very thing she was trying to get away from became the inspiration for the song.

She adds, "Run For The Hills" is a playful take on the fear of falling in love - and knowing when it’s time to escape. What started as a trip to get away from the problem naturally became a track about doing exactly that: running before you fall too hard."

Playful, a little cheeky, both groovy and incredibly smooth, "Run For The Hills" carries Loie's signature warmth we love so much, with a range of UK urban influences - blending neo-soul, alt-r&b, indie pop, and everything in between.
