I was searching for music on Soundcloud when I came upon this chillwave artist, Looms. I really liked the art for their tracks, so I decided to check some of their songs out. I'm not that into chillwave, so I really only looked for a glance. Just as I was about to navigate away, I noticed a song tagged as folk on this page. What? A folk song from a chillwave artist? It had me confused at first as well, until I took a listen. Dream folk is probably the most apt description for "Fox Folk," the collaboration between Looms and N. Penston, an acoustic artist. The atmospheric music and smooth vocals and harmonies combine beautifully with the twang of the guitar, creating a sort of obscure masterpiece.

Fans of Bon Iver are most definitely in for a treat.
