Maple Sun's sound design is always brimming with color, and on his latest release "Stilllness", we're welcome to exactly this and the warmth of organic textures.
Hot off the heels of his last release, "Unfolding", the Italian producer is setting up a solid release streak for himself, solidifying his signature sound with his audience. The title "Stillness" perfectly captures the essence of this release, especially towards the second half, where the drums fall silent and these bright strings swell into the mix. This eventually leads to a more dance-friendly section after we've experienced a fairly relaxed first half. The glittery pianos and heartwarming vocal samples also can't escape mention, offering a comforting warmth that ties together the track’s evolving moods.
