First time I heard Marie Lang, she immediately reminded me of our beloved Marie Dahlstrom. Coincidence?

But "Comfort Zone" has not only lovely vocals, but mesmerizing Soulection-like beatwork & electronic soundsapes that blend so perfectly with her silky, soulful voice.

She explores the early stage of each relationship when "nothing puts you off because you haven’t gotten to know someone for their true colors" and channels her desire to get past their comfort zone: “Hope you make it up, one last try to get more than surface, want all of your edges.”
