Like an intense waterfall, grand musicality and elegance seamlessly pour out of the works of Matt Wilde and his latest release "Pivot" is a wonderful example!
The worlds of Jazz and Hip Hop are beautifully blended with the trumpet and keys serving as a bridge to the Jazz world, whilst the smooth swing of the drums forms the connection to the Hip Hop world. Towards the end of the track we're welcome to the soothing riff of keys as Matt flaunts his dexterity on the piano, and this moment is beautifully accompanied by the presence of brass in the backdrop.
