From the visuals to the sonic aesthetic, Moods and Two Another offer quite a psychedelic listening experience on their latest release, "Rise & Shine".
The various musical influences that can be heard on this release are one of the many reasons I found myself drawn to its charm. To hear a '70s soul influence intertwined with funk and disco in such a tasteful modern aesthetic feels both nostalgic and refreshing. Two Another's vocal performance across the chorus seamlessly lifts your spirits as the rhythm section invites you to sway your hips. It's the brass embellishments and guitar solo towards the end that really bring the instrumental to life, adding a vibrant burst of colour to the release.
