What a line-up! French beat-maker and all-round amazing human ØDYSSEE joins forces with Dutch producer Stan Forebee and chillhop collective The Field Tapes for a stellar Sondr House release titled "The Awakening". I'm always beyond excited when featuring a few names that already have strong presence in our feed... something which applies for each of the abovelisted names.
"The Awakening" starts with a gentle, almost motionless-like guitar chords that quickly belt out into a full-fledged beat revolving around (what sounds like) maracas in the background. It is absolutely drenched in innocent positiveness and I hope you guys picked this vibe as well.
