"Flight 99" reached our r&b space in 2019 as a part of the Black & White EP by Please Wait. The duo is formed by the Australian hiphop producer and beatmaker Ta-ku and singer Matt Mcwaters.

The smooth soulful, piano-backed instrumental stood out, and Please Wait decided to release the track with a focus on what's happening behind the voice of the original.

While listening to "Flight 99" all we want to do is snap our fingers to the beat. The sax is making its way alongside the piano as the main cast in a soundscape the duo says is the definition of smoothness.
