The inspiration behind "The Same" comes from the stillness and uncertainty that flooded the air in the first few days of quarantine, back in early March of 2020.
It's a conversation with oneself from the future - a future that knows how things will have unfolded, how things and people will have changed. But also flirts with the idea of an encounter between these two people - occupying the same body but living two completely different realities, and standing on different edges of the spectrum of time.
