"Trust Me" by Sly Johnson is imbued in the kind of Funk that is absolutely irresistible, to the point where even older generations can get down to this.
Initially it's the swing in the drums paired with the BEEFY presence in the bass that snatches our attention... As Sly's voice gently slips into the mix, a soulful aura is introduced into the track to enliven it with an additional flavor. You can tell there are going to be so many babies that are going to be made whilst this soundtrack hangs over the backdrop.
