I just can't take a break in 2013...so many records, so many great records. And Sundowner's latest effort is shaping to be the next one.

For those who don't know, Sundowner is the side project of Chris McCaughan - guitarist and vocalist of the beloved The Lawrence Arms (when is their new album going to see the light of day, right?).

The record is called Neon Fiction and is going to be released by Fat Wreck Chords on September 3rd. This is the first single off the album and it sounds quite promising - "Life in the Embers".
