When I first heard Thrupence's "Don't You Mind" there was a name which immediately popped into my mind - Moby. And yeah, I know it doesn't sound anything alike, but when the vocal sample kicks in around the minute 1:00 it reminded me of one of his track... however, I forgot its name.
Back to today's music - hip hop beats meet downtempo meet some soulful elements - I mean can this really be any better? If you're curious who's behind those soundscapes, that would be Jack Vazent - a 23-years old, Melbourne-based art director and of course musician.
