The godfather of glitch-infused hip hop, coined as glitch hop, has built an immersive catalog over the past decade and a half. This instrumental hip hop album Tip Hop released in 2005 is worth revisiting in on the brink of 2020. In times of mass information overload and alternative facts, Tipper and Epcot lay down the reminder that we only learn what we remember.
You wouldn't be able to tell that this track is 15 years old on the 1st of January 2020, as Tipper's remained a pioneer in designing barrier-breaking sound in the glitch community. If the sub bass blast that welcomes you in to the track doesn't convince you, then perhaps the funky bass, wirbly accents and wobbles will.
