Now this is refreshing! TOKiMONSTA's latest release "Joy Without Sound" is not only infused with a sense of vintage soul, but also veers into jazz (house) in such a tasteful manner.
This officially marks TOKiMONSTA's first release after dropping Eternal Reverie back in early March last year. I honestly love that she has returned with a sound that we didn't entirely expect from her. "Joy Without Sound" is characterized by soulful vocals that gently flutter across the mix like bees around a sunflower and glossy piano arrangements. The punchy drums offer a burst of energy to the track, making it easy to move and groove along from start to finish. This is perfect for day parties and moments just before sunset at a small, intimate festival.
