Opening the song with an intimate bass line and whisper like vocals, "Hot Stuff" by TOLEDO has the right amount of catchy vocal melodies that I needed to start my weekend off right.
Currently based in Brooklyn, New York, TOLEDO is led by Daniel Alvarez and Jordan Dunn, both creating an indie rock day dream infused with melancholy and the right amount of pop. "Hot Stuff" showcases Alvarez and Dunn's ability to bring the listener into a comfortable, familiar feeling all the meanwhile introducing their signature vocal melodies that are guaranteed to get stuck in your head. Their debut ep, "Hot Stuff" will release on February 19th of next year with AWAL and up until then, they'll continue to share some musical gems here and there.
