UK producer & saxophonist Two Scents, whom you've probably heard more in the jazzhop, lofi beats, or jazz house realm, makes a comeback to Stereofox Records with a neo-soul single.

For "Tightrope", he's in the company of the wonderful US singer Chanelle Ray (whose music appears on Peacock's Bel-Air TV series) and writer Varren Wade (worked with GIVĒON, Ella Mai, and Drake). The result balances silky vocals with smooth production & lush sax and walking the fine line between r&b, soul, and jazz.

Chanelle shares the story behind the song, ”Tightrope” is about the fragile space between fear and surrender, the moment when love feels both exciting and terrifying. It’s the feeling of wanting to give your whole heart but needing to know it’s safe to land. It’s vulnerability on display, even when you’re scared. It’s hoping that the other person will meet you there.”
