Leading up to his forthcoming album Closer, Vandelux unveils one of his most emotionally charged singles yet - "Swimming In the Dark".

We've been following Vandelux's work since 2016, and over the years, he has shown incredible versatility in his craft. On "Swimming In the Dark", he borrows from UK Garage influences and blends this with a dash of forward-thinking electronica thanks to his gripping sound design. The chorus is fleshed out by a charming lead melody, and eventually brightened up by this sharp, brazen synth that makes for quite an unforgettable moment. I can't neglect to mention the tasteful combination of the piano parts and the heartfelt vocals to capture the narrative and the feeling of "Swimming In the Dark".
