Bulgarian producers ymprl and Victor Aithen have tastefully blended their styles for their upcoming EP Daydreaming – and "Leap" is the lead single that gives us a taste of what's to come.
Considering that both producers are heavily influenced by the likes of Mr. Carmack and Flume, the sound of "Leap" came as a bit of a surprise. The pair detour from their future beats direction and venture into melodic house infused with an emotive, loungey touch.
For the listener, this is absolutely soothing, and for the artists they aim for an uplifting sound that tells the story of time passing by.
