Epokhé has beautifully transformed AKZENTH's "Volca" into a journey-like experience that feels so emotive and cinematic.
Based in Montréal, Epokhé is an electronic composer/producer who has not only worked on a number of Hollywood productions, but is also able to create bodies of work that captivate the dancefloor. His rendition of "Volca" is one of those works. It saunters a fine line between introspective and euphoric, plus the organic textures paired with the dark synths make for a fierce combination. This is eventually balanced out when these soothing vocals slide into the mix and pull the listener in with their immersive charm, intensifying the emotional rollercoaster ride provided by the track.
