Hailing from Portland, Maine - Armies is the R&B/indie project of Dave Gutter, Anna Lombard, Jon Roods, DJ Elsworth and Ryan Curless. Together they create music that has such an amazing dynamic, it's difficult not to feel a heart felt connection when Gutter or Lombard croon their whimsical melodies. I can appreciate how Armies has their own taste and sound but bits of French pop, psych rock and more seep into their sounds ever so delicately.
