Somehow I have missed the news of Defeater releasing a new album this summer. Thanks to their facebook page and the awesome Bridge Nine Records I found out not only аbout the new record, but also heard the first track. It got posted on the label's webstore where you can purchase the album.
Now about the song called "Bastards"...well if you know and love Defeater you have probably already heard it and know how good it is. Seriously I was blown away. I listened to that song over and over again last night and was the first song I played today when I woke up. Defeater really delivered with this one and it makes their new album Letters Home greatly anticipated. The record itself will be out on the 16th of July via Bridge Nine Records of course. Defeater is one of the best bands in the modern and melodic hardcore scene today and I'm pretty sure Letters Home will be fantastic.
