March 2013

Run For Cover Records is becoming my new favorite label. Not that I didn't like it before, because I did, but these days the indie label is putting out so many great records of young bands that work hard and deserve it. I'm not sure how it happens but I like almost every band that these guys have signed and released an album of.

Turnover is a young band from Virginia Beach, VA, USA and have a demo,a self titled EP and a split with CItizen released so far. They play that good old summer/college pop-punk full of melody and a slight 90s emo touch. On the 16th of April Run For Cover Records is releasing Turnover's debut full length called Magnolia.

"Bloom" and "Most of the Time" are the first songs from the record that were posted by the label and after hearing them I'm even more excited about Magnolia. Turnover even made a video for "Most of the Time" and it totally deserves your attention.

Another album to be excited for...2013 rocks!
